Steps to make 草莓雪媚娘

  • 1.少许糯米粉炒熟备用。
  • 2.玉米淀粉和糯米粉混合一起。
  • 3.加入纯牛奶。
  • 4.搅拌均匀至无干粉状态。
  • 5.上锅大火蒸25分钟左右,中途需要搅拌一下,防止底下部分没蒸熟。
  • 6.蒸好后趁热加入黄油,借助硅胶铲翻拌均匀,再带上手套揉匀。
  • 7.揉好的雪媚娘皮放入冰箱冷藏两小时左右。
  • 8.草莓洗净后擦干水份。
  • 9.淡奶油加入白砂糖打发至干性。
  • 10.取一小面剂揉圆后沾上手粉防粘手。
  • 11.擀成圆形。
  • 12.舀上适量奶油,放上一个草莓。
  • 13.包起捏紧后再整一下型。
  • 14.冷藏后的成品。
  • 15.成品。
