  • 8.继续翻炒上色,然后加烀肉的汤
  • 9.加粉条和适量的盐
  • 10.大火烧开,小火慢炖
  • 11.炖熟,关火,加鸡精
  • 12.油菜,锅里加冷水,水里面加适量的盐和植物油,烧开后,烫一下油菜,捞出。
