韩式嫩豆腐汤
嫩滑的豆腐加上香软的牛肉,配上甜辣的韩国辣酱做出的嫩豆腐汤的味道再也美味不过了~! 配上一碗热腾腾的米饭和辣白菜,比什么都能吃得带劲有木有呢?

Steps to make 韩式嫩豆腐汤

  • 1.锅里放入一勺油和半勺到一勺左右的辣椒粉和一勺蒜末翻炒2分钟
  • 2.加入绞牛肉,翻炒到牛肉炒熟
  • 3.倒入1升水,放入几片海带,放入一勺韩国辣酱,少许盐和胡椒,中火煮20分钟左右
  • 4.放入豆腐,继续煮5分钟
  • 5.最后放入鸡蛋煮2分钟左右直到半熟关火,上面撒上葱末等即完成
  • 6.配上一碗热腾腾的米饭和一碟辣白菜,更加美味哦~~~!!
