Steps to make 滑蛋虾球

  • 1.虾仁剁成泥,加入蛋清,盐,玉米淀粉,黑胡椒。
  • 2.搅拌到粘稠上劲,盖保鲜膜腌制30分钟。天热可以放冷藏。
  • 3.白玉菇去掉根部,撕开,葱切碎。
  • 4.奶锅内加水,煮到有锅子边看到小气泡。
  • 5.用勺子挖出乒乓球小一点的虾丸子放入锅内。
  • 6.烧开后小火盖上盖子煮2,3分钟即可。
  • 7.捞出虾丸,汤过滤备用,不要扔掉。
  • 8.先把白玉菇放进锅内炒出蘑菇味。
  • 9.再加少许油,下姜片翻炒。
  • 10.蘑菇炒软后将煮虾的汤倒进去,煮开。
  • 11.淋入水淀粉勾芡。
  • 12.再淋上打散的鸡蛋液。
  • 13.将虾丸摆在盘内,表面撒适量葱花,将汤淋在上面即可食用!
