蒜泥烤茄子

Steps to make 蒜泥烤茄子

  • 1.茄子刷油,备用。
  • 2.烤箱200℃预热5分钟,放入烤箱,上下火200℃,中层25-30分钟左右,茄子完全软了即可。
  • 3.把茄子切开,准备炒肉末。
  • 4.锅中倒入色拉油,油热倒入肉末。
  • 5.倒入少许生抽,白胡椒,盐料酒等翻炒至颜色发白,加入水淀粉,翻炒两分钟。
  • 6.把肉末铺上茄子,根据自己需求(当然也可以加龙口粉丝)。
  • 7.葱,小米椒剁碎,和蒜泥一起,加入生抽,白胡椒(也可以加点醋,辣椒油什么的),浇在肉末上。
  • 8.锅中倒入少量色拉油,加热滚烫,浇油。
  • 9.大功告成,可以开吃了,满满的蒜香。
