    Steps to make 端午粽飘香——八宝粽子

    • 1.粽叶洗净,煮好泡软。
    • 2.将糯米、红小豆、绿豆、花豇豆花生米洗净,浸泡一晚上滤去水分混合拌匀。
    • 3.放入黑米拌匀,取一片完整的粽叶折叠好。
    • 4.放入两勺米,放两颗红枣和冰糖。
    • 5.再放一层米。
    • 6.将粽叶的两端保持交叠,反向折回盖在糯米上。 且一定要压紧实。这是调整粽子形状,保证不漏米的关键步骤。
    • 7.最后调整粽叶末端,多余部分可剪掉,用棉线捆扎结实。
    • 8.热水下锅,水量一定要没过粽子!开锅后保持中大火1小时,再转小火焖煮1小时即可。
    • 9.煮好的粽子比较烫,吃之前最好捞出晾一下。
    • 10.趁着还有温热感,剥开一个尝尝鲜吧。
