Steps to make 红糖核桃馒头

  • 1.50克红糖称好。
  • 2.倒入温水220克,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.放入酵母3克,搅拌均匀,倒入面包机内胆中。
  • 4.再加入500克面粉,按揉面功能揉面。
  • 5.揉好的面团放入密封容器发酵。以上五个步骤再重复一次,就是1000克面粉的量。
  • 6.发好的面团。
  • 7.排气。
  • 8.揉成长条。
  • 9.切成馒头。
  • 10.馒头中间切一刀,大概1cm深 ,摆入蒸锅中。二次发酵二十分钟。
  • 11.核桃仁切碎。
  • 12.与红糖和面粉混合均匀。
  • 13.混合好的样子。
  • 14.馒头二次发酵好。
  • 15.放入红糖核桃馅。开火蒸,水开蒸十五分钟,关火虚蒸五分钟。
  • 16.出锅。
