Steps to make 香菇炒上海青

  • 1.上海青洗干净,掰成一瓣一瓣的,菜心从中间剖开。
  • 2.干香菇浸泡开,切成长条。
  • 3.锅中倒入油,将蒜头切碎,下锅爆香。
  • 4.倒入上海青,加半茶匙的盐,略为翻炒一下。(因为香菇很吸盐,所以要先用盐来炒一下青菜)
  • 5.最后倒入香菇以及少许鸡粉,翻炒片刻。
  • 6.从边缘倒入少许清水,盖上锅盖,转中小火焖2分钟,即可。
