  • 1.鱼头放入,姜蒜,料酒,酱油,大葱,豆瓣酱,花椒,辣椒,腌制一小时以上。
  • 2.豆腐切块备用。
  • 3.姜蒜切末,葱,香菜切段。
  • 4.锅中油热放入 姜蒜末,花椒,辣椒,豆瓣酱爆香。
  • 5.锅中倒入冷水。
  • 6.放入鱼头,(鱼头是冷水下锅)。
  • 7.煮开后放入豆腐煮。
  • 8.煮至汤汁浓稠入味即可。
  • 9.撒上香菜葱段就可以吃啦!
