    Steps to make 紫菜鸡茸卷

    • 1.准备鸡胸肉、烤紫菜、火腿、青豆、玉米粒、盐、香油、胡椒粉
    • 2.鸡胸肉剁成鸡茸,火腿切丁。
    • 3.把鸡茸、火腿丁、青豆(我用的是嫩的,所以颜色浅)、玉米粒搅匀,加入盐、胡椒粉、香油调味。
    • 4.把肉茸做成圆柱形,用紫菜卷起来。
    • 5.上锅蒸15分钟至熟。
    • 6.拿出来彻底放凉,切段。
