酸酸甜甜,菠萝饭
菠萝饭是粤菜系中的经典饭之一。延续了广东的饮食,水果做菜,用菠萝的酸酸甜甜,再加虾米的酥香、鸡蛋的香滑,配一点蒜 、红辣椒、青辣椒。菠萝饭的重点在于要选择优质软糯的大米饭,我采用的“没想稻”五常大米,真的没想到,会这么软糯香滑。连我家宝宝都能多吃一碗饭。

  • 虾米10克
  • 青辣椒1个
  • 红辣椒1个
  • 2根
  • 橄榄油5ml
  • 3克
  • 白砂糖5克

Steps to make 酸酸甜甜,菠萝饭

  • 1.准备食材:菠萝、大米、鸡蛋、蒜、红辣椒、青辣椒、虾米等食材;
  • 2.大米洗净浸泡,蒸熟;
  • 3.菠萝在2/3处切口,用小刀挖出菠萝肉,并用盐水浸泡;PS:菠萝外皮捎去刺。
  • 4.菠萝切块用盐水浸泡10分钟;
  • 5.热锅,倒油,香煎鸡蛋;
  • 6.煎过鸡蛋的油锅小火煸香虾米、红辣椒、青辣椒、蒜白;
  • 7.加入白砂糖,炒出糖色,放入蒸熟大米饭;
  • 8.菠萝块滤干水,与煎好的鸡蛋一起放入锅中翻炒;
  • 9.加盐, 炒均,将炒好饭放入菠萝盅即可。
