Steps to make 酸菜猪肉馅水饺

  • 1.酸菜放入清水中浸泡1~2小时。
  • 2.取出沥干水分切碎,跟肉末放一起,加入适量的辅料调料。
  • 3.拌均匀成馅料,静置一会。
  • 4.水中加1勺盐倒入面粉和成面团,揉光滑,分成小剂子,擀成饺子皮。
  • 5.皮中放入馅料,包成饺子。
  • 6.一人吃时用奶锅,锅中加水煮开下水饺。
  • 7.煮熟后捞出,可以直接吃,也可以调点酱油蘸着吃。
