Steps to make 泰汁鲜虾蛋炒饭

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.鲜虾去壳挑去虾肠虾线洗净,加适量盐、料酒和胡椒粉拌匀腌一会儿;
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,入煎锅摊成蛋皮后晾凉;
  • 4.荷兰豆摘洗好煎小片些; 葱、蒜切末;
  • 5.晾凉的蛋皮切成丝;
  • 6.先备好料汁: 甜辣酱; 柠檬挤汁,加鱼露、老抽调匀;
  • 7.炒锅中加芝麻油烧热,虾仁吸干水分入锅中炒至变色后盛出;
  • 8.再加少许油,炒香葱蒜末,倒入甜辣酱、柠檬老抽汁炒匀;
  • 9.加入虾仁、米饭,炒至米饭散开;
  • 10.加入荷兰豆炒至断生;
  • 11.加入蛋丝炒匀即可。
