Steps to make 烤冷面

  • 1.准备好所需的食材。
  • 2.在烤盘上淋上一丢丢植物油,放入火腿肠煎至两面金黄,装盘备用。
  • 3.再次淋上少许植物油,放入冷面片,轻轻的左右移动,让整张面片都粘上一点点油。
  • 4.接着把鸡蛋直接磕到冷面上,铺满整片冷面。
  • 5.当蛋液大部分凝固后翻面,加入备好的各种调料刷匀,再撒上葱花。
  • 6.也可以翻面之后再磕入一个鸡蛋,接着再次翻面,加入调料刷匀,撒上葱花。
  • 7.把煎好的火腿肠放入中间位置。
  • 8.自上而下卷起来。
  • 9.口味重的小伙伴可以在表面再刷上一层薄薄的辣酱。
  • 10.切成小块后装盘,这道非常简单又好吃的街头小吃就做好了。
