  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将干燥玫瑰花捏碎,取出花萼,只留花瓣。
  • 3.用冷水浸泡约10分钟。
  • 4.黄油软化后加入糖粉和盐。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.搅打至呈松发状态。
  • 7.筛入面粉和小苏打粉。
  • 8.加入浸泡后的玫瑰花。
  • 9.用手轻轻抓揉成面团状。
  • 10.将面团擀成约0.5厘米厚,用心形模切割面团。
  • 11.平铺在烤盘中。
  • 12.165℃烤20分钟,再用155℃烤10分钟左右即可。
