  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.用料理机将杏仁肉打碎。
  • 3.倒入50克橄榄油(或色拉油)。

  • 5.筛入低筋粉、泡打粉、小苏打。
  • 6.倒入打碎的杏仁粉。
  • 7.拌成团。同时,180度上下火预热烤箱。
  • 8.称量,22克一份。
  • 9.揉圆,压扁,放在烤盘上,注意留一定的间隔。
  • 10.给每一个饼坯刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 11.放入烤箱中层,上下火设置为180度,时间设置为20分钟。
  • 12.最后几分钟注意观察烤箱里的情况,饼干表面变成金黄色即可。我烤至18分钟就提前出炉了。
  • 13.几分钟后转移到冷却架上,冷却后品尝即可。
