    • 1.把韭菜处理干净,洗净,然后把韭菜顶端切去一小节。
    • 2.把千张(豆腐皮)洗净,切丝。
    • 3.猪肉切丝,用一个碗装起来,调入适量生抽搅匀腌制一小会。
    • 4.锅里烧水,调入适量八角煮开。
    • 5.倒入千张丝焯一下,用漏勺沥干捞出。(焯过的千张炒出来不会很硬,口感很不错,也容易入味)
    • 6.热锅热油,倒入姜末、蒜末爆香,倒入腌制好的肉丝炒香。
    • 7.倒入焯好的千张丝快速翻炒,调入适量生抽炒匀入味,盛出待用。
    • 8.原锅倒入适量花生油,倒入韭菜炒香。
    • 9.然后把超过的千张肉丝倒入快速翻炒。
    • 10.然后调入适量精盐、鸡精炒匀入味即可关火盛盘。
