Steps to make 韩式泡菜饼

  • 1.将辣白菜和葱都切成末。
  • 2.将切碎的辣白菜和葱末放入盆中,加入适量面粉,打入一个鸡蛋。再调入适量盐、少许胡椒粉和少许糖。
  • 3.加水,调成稀糊。注意不要有面粉块。
  • 4.平底锅加热,倒入少许油,晃动锅子,让锅底都沾上油。
  • 5.倒入面糊,转动锅子,或用铲子将面糊均匀地铺在锅底。
  • 6.一面煎好后翻面,煎至两面金黄。注意倒入面糊后应改用中小火。
  • 7.最后改刀装盘就好啦!
