Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝虾

  • 1.准备活虾,大蒜和粉丝,粉丝用凉水提前泡软。
  • 2.将虾洗干净,去掉胡须,开背去掉虾线。
  • 3.取一个盘子,将泡好的粉丝铺在盘子里铺平,把虾摆在粉丝上,大蒜切末。
  • 4.锅中倒少许油,将蒜末放进去小火慢炒。
  • 5.里面加生抽。
  • 6.加盐和白糖。
  • 7.加胡椒粉将蒜末炒成金黄色。
  • 8.用勺子将蒜泥放到每个虾身上,凉水上锅,水开后将蒸好的虾取出。
  • 9.小葱叶切成葱花。
  • 10.将切好的葱花放在上面装饰一下。
  • 11.锅中倒油,油烧好后尽在葱花上。
  • 12.成品图。
