蔓越莓饼干
加了蔓越莓的饼干,口感层次更丰富,有着黄油的香味,还会品尝到酸酸甜甜的味道,真的是好吃到停不了口。

  • 低筋面粉125g
  • 黄油70g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 蔓越莓干30g

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,在室温下软化。
  • 2.将糖粉倒入。
  • 3.用打蛋头将糖粉和黄油混合一下,再开电源打发黄油至颜色变浅的状态,将全蛋液分3次倒入到黄油里。
  • 4.搅打均匀。
  • 5.将面粉过筛进去,倒入蔓越莓碎。
  • 6.用刮刀将它们拌均匀。
  • 7.弄成团即可,不要过度揉。
  • 8.放在保鲜膜上,整理成长方形或者圆形,放入冰箱冷冻层1个小时。我使用的是饼干模,这样弄更方便,没有模具,用手也可以整好。
  • 9.将冷冻好的饼干切成小块,放在不粘烤盘上。
  • 10.放入已经预热到160度的东菱K40C烤箱中下层,烘烤20-25分钟左右,最后几分钟留意上色情况。
