迷你小蛋糕
有时候上班起来晚了来不及吃早饭,然后到10点多就饿了,可是没有到饭点不能吃饭啊,所以就做了这个带去办公室,要是饿了就可以吃几个喝点水,再也不怕肚子饿了!

  • 玉米淀粉5g
  • 白糖35g
  • 柠檬汁3g

Steps to make 迷你小蛋糕

  • 1.牛奶和油加入碗中搅拌乳化成酸奶状。
  • 2.低筋面粉和玉米淀粉提前混合过筛加入碗中搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌后就是这样的干面糊。
  • 4.蛋黄加入面糊里继续搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌成光滑流动的面糊待用。
  • 6.蛋清取出来里面加入少许的盐和3克柠檬汁白糖一次性加入。
  • 7.蛋白霜开始用高速打发至8分发,然后转中低速继续打发让蛋白霜细腻光滑打发成小尖角 就可以了。
  • 8.勺1/3的蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊用刮刀顺一个方向上下翻拌均。
  • 9.再倒入蛋白霜里面用同样的手法翻拌均匀成流动光滑的面糊。
  • 10. 蛋糕糊装入裱花袋里。
  • 11.挤入模具中8分满,送入提前135度预热好的烤箱。
  • 12.烤30分钟后关火焖3分钟后取出。
  • 13.迷你小蛋糕就烤好了,倒出来放凉。
  • 14.然后装入瓶子里,上班带去办公室再也不怕没到饭点肚子饿了。
