香香的葱油面
有一种面看上去平淡无奇,闻起来香气扑鼻,吃起来越嚼越香,这就是葱油面,说简单是真简单,不需要复杂的食材,也没有繁琐的步骤,但就是这样的一碗面让人吃了忘不掉,让人吃了还想吃。

Steps to make 香香的葱油面

  • 1.先来准备一下所需要的食材,这里面条选用的是挂面。
  • 2.葱切丝,长度随意就好。
  • 3.锅里放入适量的清水将面条煮熟捞出,煮面条的时候用筷子搅拌可以防止面条粘在一起,中途烧开需要加2次清水,这样煮出来的面条没有硬芯,捞出过凉备用。
  • 4.锅里放入适量的食用油,油烧热后把葱丝放进去炸。
  • 5.这就是制作葱油,炸好的葱颜色上为棕褐色,口感是那种脆脆的,嚼起来香香的,很好吃。
  • 6.葱炸好以后捞出来,再把花椒和八角放入油锅里炸出香味。
  • 7.此时来调一个酱汁,将酱油、生抽、蚝油放到碗里搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将炸好的葱放到面条上,再浇上拌匀的酱汁。
  • 9.接着把烹出香味的热油浇到面条上,葱油面就做好了。
  • 10.吃的时候将料拌匀,香香的葱油面就做好了。
