Steps to make 草莓蛋糕(电饭锅版)

  • 1.黄油切块小火煮至融化,倒入已过筛的面粉,搅成的面糊
  • 2.牛奶加热,加入蛋黄,拌均匀。牛奶蛋黄糊与黄油面糊相混合,拌均匀成略稀的面糊
  • 3.5个蛋白分次加入所有的糖打至湿性发泡
  • 4.挖1/3的蛋白入拌好的面糊中,轻轻地上下翻拌均匀
  • 5.电饭锅先预热,倒入面糊后,震出大气泡后插电,按蛋糕键,或煮饭键,30分钟,然后不要马上打开,再闷30分钟就可以了
  • 6.同样的打蛋白方式打奶油,装饰就好了
