  • 黄油20g
  • 黑芝麻10g
  • 干玫瑰花瓣儿5g
  • 脱脂奶粉150g
  • 海盐5g

Steps to make 海盐玫瑰牛轧糖

  • 1.食材备好
  • 2.奶粉我用的脱脂奶粉,脂肪含量少口味也清淡点,做的时候先把一部分奶粉倒在揉面垫上铺平
  • 3.黄油放入不粘锅里小火加入融化
  • 4.放入棉花糖同样小火让它慢慢加热
  • 5.棉花糖稍微加热后加入海盐,黑芝麻
  • 6.一半奶粉加进去
  • 7.用硅胶铲把它们翻匀关火后加入玫瑰干花瓣,用铲子稍微拌一下让花瓣粘在糖上面
  • 8.取出倒在事先铺好的奶粉上戴上一次性手套用力揉匀揉光
  • 9.用擀面杖擀压平整
  • 10.擀平后直接切块,即可,不用冷冻后再切
  • 11.好看又好吃,可以常温保存
