  • 4.将切好的肉片放入碗中,再依次加入郫县豆瓣、辣椒粉、姜蒜米、大酱、蚝油、鸡精、味精、酒酿、少许十五香、生抽、花椒粒。
  • 5.拌匀后,静置码味约15分钟。
  • 6.加入米粉。
  • 7.拌匀。
  • 8.加入沥干水的土豆丁和葵花籽油略拌。
  • 9.加入红油拌匀。
  • 10.装入蒸盘,放入蒸锅中,开大火,上汽后转中火蒸二十分钟就可以了。
