莜面杂粮面条
常吃杂粮对身体健康大有益处,用几种杂粮混搭制作面食会使其营养更为丰富。很多杂粮里都含有丰富的人体所需的各种物质,比如,维生素、植物蛋白、矿物质以及膳食纤维等,都是人体所必需要补充和摄取的一些天然物质,而常吃荞麦和莜麦等对心脑血管和糖尿病患者都很有好处。
今天做一款混搭的“莜面杂粮面条”,制作方法如下;

  • 莜面150克
  • 玉米面60克
  • 小麦面粉100克

Steps to make 莜面杂粮面条

  • 1.把几种面粉混合拌匀。
  • 2.用清水和成面团。
  • 3.然后盖上湿毛巾松弛10分钟备用。
  • 4.把松弛好的面团放入压面器里旋好螺栓。
  • 5.锅中水烧开把面条挤入锅中煮熟;(注;如没有压面器可用擀面杖制作手擀面)
  • 6.面条煮熟后捞出投入凉水盆过凉,然后捞出控净水分盛入碗中。
  • 7.在面条上浇上秘制拌面汁、蒜汁、芝麻酱、椒麻酥、花椒油和油泼辣子拌匀。
  • 8.食用时放适量黄瓜丝、香菜末和香葱末拌匀即可。
