【法国】迷迭香法式羊排
上星期得到小尾羊的法式羊排,这个星期才有时间烧起来,只用了海盐,迷迭香,黑胡椒粒腌制,橄榄油香煎两面三分钟,绝对的好吃。一袋7块,如此单纯的我把他们都煎了,并且秒了4块,我觉得一星期的步得白跑了,不过对于吃货来说,好吃才是最重要的不是吗?!哈哈

  • 2.用清水洗去血水
  • 3.加入迷迭香和黑胡椒粒

  • 5.中小火热锅,锅内放入适量的橄榄油,放入羊排煎面3分钟
  • 6.反面再煎3分钟即可
