Steps to make 蚝油牛肉

  • 1.准备一块牛肉,先冷冻一下,好切片。
  • 2.将牛肉切成薄片。
  • 3.里面加少许盐,淀粉,料酒,蚝油腌制15分钟。
  • 4.准备一大勺蚝油,将大葱和生姜洗干净葱切马蹄脚,生姜切片。
  • 5.大青菜去蒂洗干净。
  • 6.锅中加水,水开后里面加少许盐和两滴油将青菜焯水一分钟。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油温六成热将腌好的牛肉倒进去炒熟捞出。
  • 8.另起锅倒油,爆香葱蒜。
  • 9.将蚝油倒进去小火炒出香味。
  • 10.再加适量料酒翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入炒好的牛肉翻炒均匀关火。
  • 12.将焯水的青菜铺在盘子里。
  • 13.最后将炒好的牛肉装盘,有菜有肉很有营养哦。
