香蕉牛油果奶昔
牛油果,因形状像梨,又名鳄梨、酪梨、油梨等,其实跟梨没啥关系。普遍认为起源自墨西哥,不过,据说在加州地区曾发现过数百万年前的牛油果叶子的化石。

仔细一查,牛油果优点真是多得逆天:富含维生素与各种矿物质微量元素,有助降低坏胆固醇,婴儿也可以吃,不用担心农药问题,可作为植物油、黄油等油类替代物。

虽然绿绿的牛油果很好看,但其实要等到表皮变黑些才好吃。可通过看茎底部的颜色来判断熟度,将茎拔掉,底部如果是浅黄或浅棕,说明牛油果还不够成熟;如果是深棕,说明可能已经熟过头了。

  • 7.倒入杯子和碗中。
  • 8.及时享用。因为牛油果和香蕉都是比较容易氧化的食材,放久了颜色就会慢慢变暗。
