Steps to make 黄蛤冬瓜汤

  • 1.早上的海鲜市场各种海螺和贝类品种特别多。这个是海蚌,白色与紫色相间,特别好看。
  • 2.海蚌一斤40元。
  • 3.黄蛤一斤20元,与油蛤价格一样,花蛤一斤13元。
  • 4.这一盘黄蛤花了15元。
  • 5.准备食材。黄蛤清洗干净,冬瓜去皮切片,生姜切片,葱白切碎,芹菜切成小段。
  • 6.起锅烧油,下葱姜爆香。
  • 7.倒入冬瓜,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.倒入适量清水,盖上锅盖。
  • 9.烧开后倒入黄蛤,再次盖上锅盖。差不多一分钟,煮到黄蛤开口
  • 10.撒上芹菜,冬瓜汤加点芹菜,清淡又香。
  • 11.加1匙盐和半匙鸡精调味,黄蛤煮汤很鲜,也可以不加鸡精。
  • 12.成品。撒上葱花点缀,黄蛤非常鲜美,肉多且嫩。
