Steps to make 下酒菜凉拌云丝

  • 1.干云丝提前用温水浸泡一个小时,香菜,红椒清洗干净。
  • 2.香菜切段,红椒切丁。
  • 3.锅中放适量的清水,水开后放入云丝焯水2分钟,加少于盐入底味。
  • 4.捞出来放入盆中,剪成长段,放盐,糖,香油,鸡精,米醋。
  • 5.再放两勺原汁酱油提鲜。
  • 6.放入香菜和红椒搅拌均匀。
  • 7.凉拌云丝制作完成,如果能吃辣可以放点红油。
