    Steps to make 家常菜肴@@酿虎皮尖椒

    • 1.原料:虎皮尖椒, 肉末, 冬菇, 葱 ,芫茜, 葱段 ,蛋。
    • 2.将葱段,芫茜 香菇,葱切成小丁。
    • 3.将葱段,芫茜 香菇,葱丁及鸡蛋放到肉末里面。
    • 4.加上适量油,酱油,蚝油,鸡精粉,鸡蛋和淀粉搅拌均匀。
    • 5.用刀将辣椒从中间切开,不要切断。将辣椒籽取出。
    • 6.把馅酿在虎皮尖椒肚里面,填充饱满一点才好看。
    • 7.热锅下油,将酿椒放入锅里。
    • 8.小火煎至金黄至肉熟即可。
    • 9.成品图@@辣辣好吃哦。
