红烧大虾
跟朋友们在外面吃饭,

大家总会点这道红烧大虾,有的饭店叫油焖大虾,

这一道是所有孩子都不会拒绝的,

孩子们总会抢着吃,

这虾,越抢越香。

  • 黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙(2g)
  • 料酒1/2茶匙(2ml)
  • 1茶匙(5g)
  • 淀粉1/2茶匙(2g)
  • 2汤匙(30ml)

Steps to make 红烧大虾

  • 1.将虾洗净剪去虾须,去虾枪。用牙签从背部挑去虾线,用剪刀在虾背部从头剪到尾。虾放入碗中倒入料酒腌制会。
  • 2.葱切段,姜切片,蒜拍扁。将调料汁兑好,生抽2汤匙(30ml),黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙(2g),料酒1/2茶匙(2ml),水2汤匙(30ml),糖1茶匙(5g),淀粉1/2茶匙(2g)调成红烧汁,备用。
  • 3.热锅热油。放大虾两面煎成漂亮的红色出虾油后,盛出虾(用锅铲轻轻压一压虾,红油出的多)。
  • 4.把葱和姜放入虾油锅中爆香。
  • 5.倒入调料汁。
  • 6.放入煎好的大虾,放少许盐调味后,盖锅盖小火2分钟。
  • 7.然后中火收汁,稍浓即可。ps.可多留点汁,汤汁拌饭非常好吃。
  • 8.经常做,尤其有小盆友来家里吃饭尤其喜欢做,想掳获小盆友的心,这道菜很保守,我屡试不爽。
