萨琪玛---不能抗拒的香酥美味
萨琪玛色泽米黄,口感绵软酥松,是深受大众喜爱的甜点。

  • 蔓越莓干50克
  • 清水80克
  • 麦芽糖120克
  • 白砂糖140克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 萨琪玛---不能抗拒的香酥美味

  • 1.鸡蛋打散与面粉混合,和成面团,盖上湿布或保鲜膜醒15分钟左右。
  • 2.将面图再次揉匀,分成两个小面团。
  • 3.将面团擀成薄厚均匀的薄面片,厚度3-4毫米左右。
  • 4.将面片分成宽窄均匀的条状。
  • 5.将每一条面片切成粗细均匀的面条,撒干粉防粘。
  • 6.油锅烧至七成热,分次炸制面条。面条放入油锅会迅速膨胀浮起,炸至面条变色可轻易折断程度即可。
  • 7.准备好熟白芝麻和蔓越莓干。
  • 8.锅中加水,加入白砂糖,麦芽糖,小火煮饼不断搅拌。
  • 9.煮至糖浆变粘稠,用筷子挑起可拉丝的程度。
  • 10.关火,迅速将炸好的面条和白芝麻、蔓越莓干倒入糖浆中,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.搅拌均匀的面条倒入事先抹油的方形烤盘中。
  • 12.用来压平压实,彻底放凉后切块食用。
