熊猫饼干
烘焙之路第一次的任务是做饼干,之所以选择做熊猫饼干,就是因为它外形可爱,儿子喜欢,口感也挺好。

  • 低筋粉180g
  • 黄油100g
  • 可可粉10g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶粉15g
  • 糖粉70g

Steps to make 熊猫饼干

  • 1.准备所需全部食材(忘记拍鸡蛋了,我这丢三落四的性格啥时候能改过来)
  • 2.等黄油软化,把糖分倒入黄油中
  • 3.用手持搅拌器搅拌黄油及糖分,分两次加入蛋液,搅拌至充分融合为止,等量分成两份
  • 4.低筋粉等分成个90g,用过滤网将面粉和奶粉塞入混合均匀的黄油中,用刮刀充分搅拌揉成面团
  • 5.将剩余低筋粉和可可粉倒入黄油中,用刮刀搅拌揉成面团
  • 6.揉好的面团用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏半小时至一小时
  • 7.将面团擀成3mm左右的面片,用熊猫磨具压膜放入烤盘中,烤箱调制成烘烤状态,上下火调制180度,预热5分钟
  • 8.把压膜好的熊猫饼干放入烤箱中层,上下火180度,20分钟即可。
