【奶香吐司】

  • 高筋面粉270G
  • 细砂糖40G
  • 鸡蛋45G
  • 黄油25G
  • 酵母4克
  • 牛奶120G
  • 食盐1/2小勺
  • 奶粉12G

Steps to make 【奶香吐司】

  • 1.将除黄油外的所有原料倒入大盆中,揉至扩展阶段时加入软化的黄油,继续揉至完全阶段(用手可以将面团拉出薄膜)
  • 2.放入盆中盖上保鲜膜进行第一次发酵(可放置于冰箱低温冷藏17小时以上
  • 3.发酵至2-2.5倍大
  • 4.取出面团进行排气
  • 5.把面团分成三等份,揉圆醒发15-20分钟
  • 6.取醒发好的面团用擀面杖擀成与吐司模宽度相适的长椭圆形
  • 7.翻面将面团卷起,要注意卷紧一点,放入吐司模中
  • 8.将吐司模放入烤箱里,在模具的下方放一烤盘,注入温开水,调至发酵功能50-1小时左右,发至9分满
  • 9.盖上模具盖
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱中下层,上下火150度30分钟左右,烤好后趁热脱模,待放至于手心温度差不多的时候装入保鲜袋密封,食时再切片。
