为了消耗家里的油浸金枪鱼罐头而做的。因为小朋友不爱吃腌萝卜,所以换了个造型。

  • 米饭100克
  • 烤紫菜1片
  • 熟芝麻少许
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 腌萝卜条少许
  • 青椒少许
  • 寿司醋半勺
  • 芝麻油1勺
  • 少许
  • 植物油少许

Steps to make 金枪鱼寿司

  • 1.鸡蛋加盐打散,倒入小火热油的不粘锅中
  • 2.底部凝固后翻面,两面都熟透后盛出
  • 3.米饭加寿司醋、芝麻油、熟芝麻拌匀
  • 4.一片烤紫菜铺在寿司卷帘上,将拌好的米饭铺满压平
  • 5.将切条的鸡蛋饼放在米饭上,将适量小块金枪鱼罐头摆好
  • 6.在卷帘的辅助下卷好,接口朝下
  • 7.切块
  • 8.将适量红椒和腌萝卜切丁,摆好后用千岛酱装饰即可
