  • 1.准备鸡胸肉一块,洗净备用
  • 2.片成三片
  • 3.改刀切成长条
  • 4.放入盘中

  • 6.抓到鸡肉把水都吸收了,这样的鸡肉吃起来比较嫩
  • 7.浆好的鸡肉均匀的裹上面包糠
  • 8.油温4、5成热的时候下入鸡柳
  • 9.炸定型后捞出
  • 10.待油温升到8、9成热的时候倒入鸡柳快速复炸捞出
  • 11.装盘,配上蕃茄沙司,味道更好
  • 12.外酥里嫩
