  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 生抽1小勺
  • 香麻油少许
  • 清水1大碗。

Steps to make 紫菜鸡蛋汤

  • 1.所需材料。
  • 2.将一个鸡蛋磕入碗里搅拌成蛋液,葱洗净切碎。
  • 3.上锅加入一大碗的水盖紧,大火煮开。
  • 4.将紫菜洗净加入到煮开的水里。
  • 5.加入适量油和盐,一小勺的生抽提味,盖紧煮开。(如果有下鸡粉的话生抽可省略掉)
  • 6.煮开后打开锅盖,淋入鸡蛋液稍微划散一下煮开。
  • 7.最后加入葱花煮开即可。
  • 8.成品盛出,淋入少许香油即可食用。
