Steps to make 日式炸饭团

  • 1.米饭微微放凉,加入红醋、盐、黑芝麻和寿司酱油,搅拌均匀,
  • 2.胡萝卜、黄瓜和香肠切丁,加沙拉酱搅拌均匀,
  • 3.铺一张比较大的保鲜膜,把适量米饭按压成饼状,
  • 4.放入沙拉和肉松,
  • 5.捏成三角饭团形,
  • 6.热油炸至表面金黄即可,
  • 7.捞出放在厨房用纸上吸油,吃的时候报上紫菜即可,
