年糕有着步步高升,年年有余等美好寓意的年糕,是新年必做美味,以此表达对新的一年的美好期盼。蒸好的年糕吃法很多,可以直接蘸糖吃,也可以煎制后蘸糖吃,还可以炒着吃,煮着吃都可以。我这款是用韩国辣酱炒的辣味年糕,很是不错。辣椒酱的红让菜品的成红色,红红火火的更加应景,也讨喜。

  • 1.将糯米粉和成面团。
  • 2.搓成长圆。
  • 3.用屉布包好。
  • 4.入蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 5.用保鲜膜包好,晾凉。
  • 6.胡萝卜洗干净切成片。
  • 7.年糕切成片。我将蒸好的年糕在阳台上放了一夜,凉凉的,硬硬的,很好切。
  • 8.洋葱洗干净切成条。
  • 9.炒锅加少许油,洋葱入锅煸香。
  • 10.胡萝卜入锅。
  • 11.加适量水。
  • 12.年糕入锅。
  • 13.加韩国辣酱。
  • 14.翻炒均匀,收汤入味关火。
  • 15.盛出装盘。
