番茄土豆牛腩汤
前两天朋友送了一大块上好的牛腩和几个红彤彤的有机番茄来找我,说是要来蹭饭。其实无非就是馋我的番茄土豆牛腩汤啦!
今天用了臻米脱糖电饭煲炖了两个程序,味道简直了。虽然是脱糖电饭煲,但依然设计了炖煮功能,还有热饭、蒸菜程序,很贴心,基本满足了消费者对电饭煲的需求。304不锈钢内胆,安全易清洗,不用担心掉涂层,导热性很好,煮饭炖汤用时短,节约时间。

  • 牛腩500克
  • 番茄2个
  • 土豆2个
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 大葱2小段
  • 4片
  • 独头蒜1个
  • 冰糖5克
  • 干辣椒2个
  • 八角1个
  • 香叶2片
  • 花椒15粒
  • 料酒2勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 1~2克
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 番茄土豆牛腩汤

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.牛腩用清水浸泡半小时去去血水,然后洗净沥干用刀切块,姜、蒜、葱叶切好。
  • 3.锅中倒入适量的清水,放入切好的牛腩,倒入1勺料酒,放1段大葱和2片姜,开火煮沸后捞出,用清水冲洗干净。
  • 4.锅中倒入食用油,下姜、蒜和八角、香叶、花椒爆香。
  • 5.接着放入大葱段和洋葱翻炒片刻,倒入牛腩和1勺料酒翻炒约20秒。
  • 6.翻炒好的牛腩放入臻米脱糖电饭煲内,倒入适量的清水,水量要没过食材。
  • 7.合上盖子,选择“汤粥”程序,电饭煲进入工作模式。
  • 8.胡萝卜、土豆和番茄去皮切块。
  • 9.热锅热油,倒入番茄煸炒,炒出红油后加入3勺番茄酱炒匀。
  • 10.继续加入切好的土豆和胡萝卜翻炒均匀。
  • 11.待电饭煲煲汤结束,把煸炒好的番茄、土豆和胡萝卜连带汤汁一起倒入锅中,加入1勺生抽。
  • 12.加冰糖和干辣椒。
  • 13.继续启动臻米电饭煲“汤粥”程序,时间40~50分钟均可。
  • 14.出锅前加盐调味。
  • 15.炖煮结束撒少许葱花,营养美味的番茄土豆牛腩汤就制作完成了。
  • 16.可谓是色香味俱全,炖煮完直接先喝上两碗汤。
