正宗的老北京苜蓿肉
这道菜是当年"北飘"时跟房东阿姨学的.阿姨是老北京人,她说这菜叫"苜蓿肉"是因为菜里的鸡蛋长得像"苜蓿"就是"桂花"
今天李小贱没上幼儿园,所以鸡蛋是他打的,照片是他照的,功劳大大的嘞~.<

    Steps to make 正宗的老北京苜蓿肉

    • 1.所有料洗净。我总忘记还要照相,把黄瓜切成这样时,李小贱不满的说:下次要注意!
    • 2.肉丝切好,用酱油、香油腌下。(这步很重要哦,肉味怎样就靠它)
    • 3.鸡蛋打匀,黄瓜木耳切丝。
    • 4.锅里多放一点油,温热时把鸡蛋摊开,熟后弄成大些的块,盛出备用。
    • 5.锅里放油炒肉丝,炒好后和鸡蛋放一起备用。
    • 6.木耳,黄瓜,稍炒。加入肉丝和鸡蛋,加盐,出锅。
