  • 1.所有材料准备好,花生油,枧水,糖浆搅拌均匀用手动打蛋器打至乳化
  • 2.筛入中粉,可以用手戴上手套抓匀,装入保鲜袋,松弛半个小时以上
  • 3.咸鸭蛋160度烤7分钟。饼皮分成30克一份,盖上保鲜膜,馅料跟蛋黄一共70克,用虎口手法包好,在玉米淀粉里粘上一层薄薄的粉,月饼模具印出来即可
  • 4.去蛋黄,过筛。烤箱预热180度。月饼进烤箱前喷少许水,烤7分钟取出,刷上薄薄一层蛋液,继续烤。时间到取出放凉。
  • 5.放凉后装袋封口,3天回油后即可享用。
