万能卷饼
我记忆里可以卷菜的饼就是春饼,小时候爸爸做面食做的特别好,尤其是饺子,饼之类。爸爸出去做工在外边吃过饭店里的筋饼,于是就回家给我们照样做,做的软颤颤的,特别好吃。长大之后没当遇到嘴馋的时候都会想起爸爸做的饼来。
这个卷饼是从之前的一个同事那里学来的,很多年了。自从学会了这个之后,就几乎没再和面擀春饼了,因为我没有爸爸的技术,做出来的饼总感觉不软,不好吃。

Steps to make 万能卷饼

  • 1.盆内放入面粉。
  • 2.加入盐。
  • 3.倒入清水后用筷子搅匀,打入一颗鸡蛋再次搅匀,静置一会儿。
  • 4.平底锅烧热,锅内刷油。
  • 5.倒入一勺半面糊。
  • 6.晃动平底锅,使面糊铺满整个锅底。
  • 7.一面烙至定型。
  • 8.翻过来烙另一面,烙至两面金光。
  • 9.装盘即可。卷肉卷菜,味道都没的说,如果喜欢直接吃,就多烙一会儿,烙的香香脆脆的,也很好吃。
