  • 1.备好所用食材
  • 2.猪腿肉冷水下锅先焯洗一下。
  • 3.再将肉夹出洗净,另备水将焯洗好的后腿肉及姜片下锅。
  • 4.煮至猪腿肉熟透出味,再夹出放凉。
  • 5.另备个人喜欢的酱汁,我用到辣油,香醋,酱油。
  • 6.这样子一份酱汁白切肉就完成了。
