Steps to make 红烧鱼块

  • 1.草鱼洗净切块 用少许盐 一勺料酒 一勺酱油腌制20分钟 葱切成段 泡姜切块 大蒜去皮 小红椒切圈
  • 2.腌制好的鱼块放入一大勺生粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.炒锅烧热 倒入适量油烧热 在放入腌制好的鱼块炸 炸至鱼肉变黄即可
  • 4.鱼肉变黄 炸熟后 倒入切好的红辣椒圈和大蒜姜翻炒一下
  • 5.锅里在加入一勺豆瓣酱 蚝油 酱油 大火烧至入味
  • 6.鱼肉入味后 放入味精葱段翻炒 在用生粉勾芡即可
