Steps to make 巧克力曲奇

  • 1.准备好面粉,黄油,巧克力,鸡蛋,白糖,可可粉备用。
  • 2.把低筋面粉和可可粉搅拌均过筛,充分的融合在一起。
  • 3.把黄油放到无水无油的盆里,室温软化成自然的形状。
  • 4.把软化好的黄油加入糖粉搅打成羽毛状,分次加入蛋液打匀,然后把巧克力装入保鲜袋用温水融化,倒入黄油中搅打均匀。
  • 5.过筛面粉,直接放入搅打好的黄油中,用硅胶铲拌匀,称为硬一些的面糊状。
  • 6.学厨裱花袋洗净备用,裱花嘴和转换器液洗净备用。
  • 7.把裱花嘴装好,裱花袋中放入面糊,均匀的挤到烤盘中。烤箱200度预热,改成170度烤制15分钟。
  • 8.凉了以后酥脆好吃,吃一口满嘴香,比买的货真价实更好吃。
