Steps to make 鸡翅根炖鲍鱼

  • 1.鸡翅洗净,冷水下锅,放入花椒.料酒焯水,开锅以后煮5分钟。
  • 2.鲍鱼新鲜的,上面划几刀。
  • 3.准备好辣椒.大料.香叶.葱姜。
  • 4.焯水以后冲洗干净。
  • 5.锅内放油.放入白糖。
  • 6.炒成焦糖色。
  • 7.放入调料炒出香味。
  • 8.放入鸡翅翻炒。
  • 9.表皮金黄,放入耗油.红烧酱油.花雕酒,翻炒。
  • 10.加水没过鸡翅,开锅以后用中小火焖15分钟。
  • 11.15分钟以后放入鲍鱼,盐调味,继续焖10分钟。
  • 12.10分钟以后汤汁多,就开大火收汁。
  • 13.喜欢吃汤汁就留一点,不喜欢就收的干一点,注意不要糊锅。
