德普烤箱食谱—树莓坚果派
有树莓和坚果,营养丰富。
原料如下:
挞皮原料:低筋面粉150g、黄油60g、细糖15g、蛋黄2个
挞馅:鸡蛋2个、细糖90g、牛奶160g、黄油100g、高筋面粉50g、开心果和树莓少许
装饰酥粒:高筋面粉45g、黄油30g、杏仁片35g、细糖15g

Steps to make 德普烤箱食谱—树莓坚果派

  • 1.先制作挞皮,先将黄油切块软化备用;
  • 2.黄油和细糖,混合均匀;加入蛋黄和清水,最后加入面粉 混合成面团;
  • 3.保鲜膜包起 放入冰箱冷藏15min,取出擀制成8mm厚的薄片,打孔器在表面打孔,铺入模具中去除多余的面片,放入冷藏备用;
  • 4.冷藏好挞皮来制作酥粒。将杏仁片料理机打成粉,与其他材料混合均匀至颗粒状 放置冷藏备用;
  • 5.再来制作挞馅 将黄油隔水加热融化后,关火, 加入牛奶、细糖搅拌均匀;
  • 6.加入鸡蛋和高筋面粉和手动搅拌均匀;
  • 7.最后加入开心果和树莓混合进去;
  • 8.从冷藏中取出派皮,将杂果馅倒入,约九分满;在最表面上撒上杏仁酥粒
  • 9.预热烤箱快热档180度,烤制35min即可
